Refund policy
We want you to love your LumiNest purchase. If something is not right, here is how we handle it.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
To start a return, email support@luminest.com with your order number.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email support@luminest.com with your order number and a photo of the issue within 72 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the defective item.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on items returned after 30 days of delivery, or items that show signs of use or damage not present at delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After 12 hours, the order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled. Please email support@luminest.com as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
