Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs agencies.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use AfterShip (aftership.com) or the carrier’s website to track your package in real time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States. International shipping is available on select products — please contact us at support@luminest.com before placing an international order.

Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at support@luminest.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
